Sr. Roshna Joseph believes that *“the best is given where the best is expected.”* Her leadership is rooted in a deep commitment to academic excellence, holistic education, character formation, and the overall development of every student.

With Master’s degrees in Science and Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, she brings together academic expertise and psychological insight to create an educational environment that nurtures intellectual growth, emotional well-being, confidence, and strong values.

She is also a Neurocognitive Psychologist and Psychotherapist, committed to empowering individuals through education, emotional resilience, and transformative guidance. Her professional training includes International Certification as an NLP Master Practitioner, along with advanced training in Applied Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, Psycho-Spiritual Counselling, Life Coaching, Wellness Coaching, Accelerated Learning Coaching, Leadership Coaching, and Transactional Analysis.Her rich educational and professional experience across Kerala, Gujarat, Punjab, Assam, Karnataka, and Maharashtra has given her a broad, inclusive, and culturally sensitive perspective on education and leadership. These experiences have strengthened her ability to understand diverse learners, inspire educators, and respond thoughtfully to the evolving needs of the school community.Under her inspiring leadership, Presentation School continues its journey of excellence, compassion, innovation, and holistic development.
